This Cancellations and Refunds Policy applies to all webinar access purchases made through A.K.Enterprises ("we", "us", "our").

1. No Cancellation Policy

Once you complete your payment for webinar access, cancellations are not permitted. All sales are final. Please be sure to review your selection carefully before making a payment, as webinar seats are limited and confirmed upon purchase.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made for webinar access on our platform are final and strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to attend the webinar
  • Scheduling conflicts or personal emergencies
  • Technical issues on the user's end
  • Change of mind after purchase

3. Webinar Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel a webinar, we will notify all registered attendees via email. If a webinar is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If a webinar is rescheduled, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this policy will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
